We decided to sell our house in early December and we were going to wait till the first of the year to list it. However, after speaking with Kathy she helped us understand that we were in a desirable area and should consider listing right away. We made the decision to list and in a week she had our home staged, had photos taken, and a home brochure produced. conducted three broker open houses and a public open house. Within that week we had two offers with one being a cash offer very near our asking price. We accepted the cash offer and closed on the sale of our house on December 31st.
